Changes:
03.09.2010:
 - you should now be able to reinit script easilly (ie. after adding new fields to form)

22.08.2010:
 - z-index for ketchup container - now errors will always be visible
 - fixed bug with page encoding different than unicode - script failed to load, as it included strange utf sign inside.

14.04.2010:
 - new validator: notvalue

13.04.2010:
  - some validators should only be active, if value is provided.
