Can you, please, edit the first and last commit messages to follow our guidelines as per https://github.com/galaxyproject/galaxy/blob/dev/CONTRIBUTING.md#how-to-contribute? (i.e., short imperative sentence + sentence casing) It's a minor thing, but it does make a difference: our release documentation looks more consistent + see more details on how that helps in https://git-scm.com/book/en/v2/Distributed-Git-Contributing-to-a-Project#_commit_guidelines
