test_replication_layouts_TestStarTopologyWithCAKRA and test_replication_layouts_TestStarTopologyWithCAKRA: the PKI server failed to start on the replica with java.net.BindException: Address already in use. Maybe the systemctl stop pki-tomcatd@pki-tomcat command did not properly stop the server.
