实现描述
pnpm run dev 启动web应用，pnpm run server启动node服务，可在页面打开f12，点击页面最下面的get,add,edit,deletePoint验证增删改查，以上功能均验证过本地数据库，都能正常
web页面中 从上到下依次对应的任务为
1.任务名称:创建一个放大缩小的组件，使目标对象可以放大缩小
2.任务名称: 创建一个拖动的组件，使对象可以被拖动
3.任务名称: 创建一个样式控制组件，可以对目标组件进行样式控制
