Where is the justification? Also, the PR only adds unconfined_read_files() currently. |

Thanks forspotting this, it was a result of an add-remove chain. I also added some justification. |
As a result of executing "ip netns add NAME" in cli, some domains need to access files in the user's "/run/netns/NAME" directory. Related: rhbz#2216911
