This repo contains several resources:

• Raw data processing: Data processing to generate the data that's available on the ENCODE portal.
• Figure generation: Data processing to generate files needed to generate figures. Uses processed data from the ENCODE portal. Plotting code and calculations to generate all the figures and numbers from the paper.
