This extension was removed from Chrome Web Store by Google, but you can still install it:
- download this repository as zip file and unpack it
- go to chrome://extensions (or find it in your menu in more tools > extensions), then activate the developer mode on the top right of the page
- use "Load unpacked extensions..." button and load unpacked code from folder
