The switch of data source a few weeks ago seems to have introduced some glitches (duplicate data) which this is aiming to fix by re-running the processing pipeline (
code/auto_download/process-owid-ecdc.randcode/auto_download/check-revisions-owid-ecdc.r) on all the data.
