Fixes a number of minor bugs in the previous version.

This release is a major milestone where the 100% of the requirements in the LeishVL service are fulfilled. Next version will update the user interface accordingly.

Portal optimization

• UI refactorization and optimization.
• Disables Newick graph viewer until a new solution becomes available. jsPhyloSVG is unstable.
• Adds admin section with support for issues reported from the UI.
• Improves UI configuration.

API and portal upgrade

• Major upgrade of the API.
• Fixes several minor bugs in the user interface.

• Changes the brand name to LeishVL.
• Updates the pipeline tool to the new version of the e-SC API.
