Replace md5 by sha256. The asymmetry in imphash (md5) and exphash (sha256) is how they are defined and this choice is external to pefile.
Replace sha256 by md5 in a comment of get_exphash.

#377 changed get_exphash to return a md5 hash, this PR reflects this in the function comment.
