openSUSE Leap 42.1 compile

I believe this was all I had to do to get a good 'make' compile on a fresh openSUSE Leap 42.1 install:

# zypper install boost-devel
# zypper install gcc-c++
# zypper install libusb-1_0-devel
$ make
