Replace AppVeyor with Travis CI for Windows

- Replaces `AppVeyor` with `Travis CI` for Windows
- Remove `appveyor.yml`
- Update `travis.yml` to include `os: windows` build.
- Add badges for `gitpod`, `travis` and `bugs`.
