Add Standard package and fix errors

This adds the Standard package and fixes linting errors in `search.js`

Standard is the usual choice for dxw repos, although it might be
permissible to use any opinionated linter/formatter

Per the RFC linked above, we should consider whether to
integrate this into CI flows and update the project README
