How to test: opentibiabr/canary#1523

NOTE:
• Use the client "client-127.0.0.1" to test locally, it already uses the OpenTibia RSA key and the local ip.
• Place the files in the "cache" folder as read-only for the correct functioning of the systems by the server.
• Below is the old 11.00 client, mac and linux clients. To download 13.21, click in the "source code".
