amend! Modify the Code of Conduct for Git for Windows

Modify the Code of Conduct for Git for Windows

The Git project followed Git for Windows' lead and added their Code of
Conduct, based on the Contributors' Covenant v1.4.

We edit it slightly to reflect Git for Windows' particular environment.
