Modify Dockerfile to further reflect Samba homes sharing. Make build copy users.conf and remove environment options for single-user share.
Configures default homes sharing configurations inside the smb.conf file that Dockerfile copies and uses.

Merging dev into master, implements basic configurations for multi user home shares to work out of the box.
