gr-display for gnuradio 3.10

This release adds two additional parameters to both text displays,
to control maximum line width and maximum number of lines.

This should help to avoid screwing up the display on heavy load and very long lines

gr-display for gnuradio 3.8

Switching from gnuradio 3.7 to gnuradio 3.8

Last release for the gnuradio 3.7 branch

As gnuradio is moving to 3.8 I have to prepare my OOT's for 3.8, too.
So this is the probably last release fitting to the 3.7 branch.
Master will require 3.8 from here.

v3.7.2-rc1

This release requires at least gnuradio 3.7.x.
It makes use of the gnuradio cmake modules as far as possible to avoid updating cmake modules if gnuradio requires.

The OSX part is untested due to a lack of suitable hardware.
