- New OT releases, upcoming release plans
The June call (originally scheduled for June 1) was postponed to June 8 to coincide with the DITA-OT Contributors call, which was shifted to account for the Romanian holiday.

Our GitHub Projects boards show the status of issues currently associated with each release milestone and serve as the primary planning overview for upcoming releases:
Continued discussion from the May call regarding the idea of a pre-OT-Day docs sprint, meetup or hackathon-type event on October 28 in Berlin.
Kris is still enthusiastic about a docs sprint in the form of an indexing workshop, sees potential to get more people involved and encourages us to pursue the idea. Roger has tentative approval from a client for the use of their space, but needs to confirm before publicizing the event.
An indexing workshop would require our indexing guidelines to be in place, which will require further preparation by the docs team. Kris asks whether Peter & Shane might be able to attend, both hope to.
Next steps:
- Roger to reach out to local DITA Users meetup groups to gauge support
- Kris offers to work with Peter & Shane to develop an indexing framework
- Shane suggests a 30-minute weekly call for making progress:
- Peter: this time is good, for Shane too, Kris could start earlier
- Consensus: Fridays, 9 AM Eastern, 3 PM CET
- Start next week (July 14)
- Each think about what would be good start of master index
- Kris can offer insight into how she went about indexing the DITA spec
- Peter to provide an overview of indexing resources & guidelines
