Using with Windows 10 based LEMP or Laragon

Air-light can be used with Windows LEMP and Laragon. If you want to build your own "native" and clean Windows LEMP server, you can read the comprehensive tutorial here: Setting up a local server on Windows 10 for WordPress theme development. If you prefer more straightforward approach, install Laragon. We do not recommend services like XAMPP or WAMP, they are cumbersome to use with Air-light.

Using with dudestack and Laragon

1. Install Laragon
2. Get dudestack to C:/laragon/www
3. Run bin/laragon.sh to create a WP project
4. Git clone air-light to C:/laragon/www
5. Run bin/newtheme-laragon.sh to create a new WP theme

Laragon without dudestack

Debuggers

Please note that debuggers for gulp and for your editor like phpcs do not work out of the box on Windows. For vscode you will need vscode-windows-helpers.
