Niloofar/ Added network status logic

[niloofar-deriv]

For our network status we need to check 2 things:

1. User's network connection (handled in the useNavigator custom hook)
2. WebSocket connection status (will come from api-hooks- we are waiting for an update from that library so later we can add this part as well)
