ci: change automated localisation pr branch name

Developers Note (Optional)

The change is needed as we have two automated prs - localisation, versioning
When either of the pr exists the new pr is not created instead updated with the existing one. Which means if localisation pr exists, versioning changes will be commited to the localisation pr and versioning pr wont be created.
