According to the Embedders proposal,
we should start implementing 2 classes:

  • CohereTextEmbedder
  • CohereDocumentEmbedder

I would like to work on this issue.
I have opened a PR for adding the Cohere Embedder Component.

Nice!

We are currently working on OpenAI Embedders for Haystack 2.0 (see #5801 and #5822).
We still have to define some details, but you can start looking at them.

(Don't forget to read the Contributing guidelines 😉)

Hey, @dhivyeshrk, and thanks for your interest...
This issue is being addressed in #5831.
So I would suggest that you pick another open issue.
