fix: added missing init param which is use by qdrant local client

Proposed Changes:

I added the field force_disable_check_same_thread to the init params of qdrant document store because the underlying qdrant client accepts it. I've recently hit an issue where i'm need this flag set on my version of sqllite

How did you test it?

By running the qdrant document store component locally
