Version Bumps without changes? Am i missing something?

Well, there has been changes in the readme and package.json... But yea, not any changes that should bump the version number as far as I can see.

i have to publish it for it to show up in atom's website, since they don't poll that readme.md from github.

If you update readme.md, atom.io doesn't pick up the change until you publish the package.

I took out the build status, since the Travis builds were failing due to

No output has been received in the last ... minutes, this potentially indicates a stalled build or something wrong with the build itself.
The build has been terminated

Travis CI isn't being very reliable right now, so i took out the build status since it was telling the world " the sublime tabs build is failing right now " even though it wasn't.
