@colin-rogers-dbt and I chatted and due to the recent issue where back ports to core actually require back port to adapter to work. We are going to punt this after we have some basic testing for bundle |

All versions pre these are installing from latest branch.
We want to reduce a step between a back port make it to version branch to cloud getting that change.
@colin-rogers-dbt thoughts?
