This project creates issues regarding to alerts sent by alertamanger. It creates an alerts if this alert is not registred as issue. Change the status from “firing” alert to “resolved” and close the issue. The unicity of an alert is calcutated as the following : “<alertname> <instance> <fingerprint>”
The following informations are registred : **Status : <firing|resolved> **Priority : <setting_priority> **Assigned to : <setting_assigned>
**Alertname : Alertname sent by alertmanager **Instance : Instance name sent by alertmanager **Description : Alert description sent by alertmanager **Generator : Url to explore prometheus alert sent by alertmanager **Starts At : Date time when alert started
You will need at least :

Redmine working (developped with version 4.2.4.stable)

a serviceaccount or a user with the API key
Clone the project directly into redmine/plugins Restart redmine
Once the plugin is visible into Admistration => Plugins, you can setup it by clicking on “Configure” Add the name of the project where the issues will be created Add the user Email of the user which will create the issues Add the default tracker that will follow the issues Add the priority
Finally apply the modifications
Into Statuses Administration part, create two statuses “firing” and “resolved” and check “Issue closed” for the resolved status Into Roles and permissions, create a new role for your service account/user which will create the issues and add “Alertmanagerapi” permission to this role Into Users and projects tab for your user, add your project with the role previously created
In your project settings, check Alertmanagerapi Modules
