Changes

Draft PR to see changes needed to support account-level provider for workspace-level resources.

Tests

  • make test run locally
  • relevant change in docs/ folder
  • covered with integration tests in internal/acceptance
  • relevant acceptance tests are passing
  • using Go SDK
