Changes
This is part-1 of the two releases, this will fix 2.12 download. Version is 0.1.4. Both releases will be done on version 0.1.4
Part-2 will be of 2.13
Tests
Tried to publish to local .m2 using
mvn install -Dgpg.skip=truebut it's not publishing databricks-dbutils-scala, it publishes the parent. This doesn't happen while publishing on maven central. Not sure why this is happening.Current proposal is to do a release and see if it works.
2.13 test will fail. So will have to force merge or remove them for the time being for this PR.
