I have searched for tmux like window manager for emacs and found your 'emacs-rotate.el'
I use ECB (Emacs Code Browser) frequently, and each ECB window is dedicated window.
I found 'emacs-rotate' doesn't consider the dedicated window, so tweaked a bit.
If you doesn't mind, please mearge my code to avoid reinventing the wheel.
I'm a self-styled middle level of emacser, so please modify the code if you like to accustom the code to your habits.
