@calmwalija we can revert the data capture to the new version, @BuchiNy made the fixes to the questionnaires.
Did you find the exact cause of the bug causing the Guardian Registration to crash so we can fix it?
Was it a structure map issue?

@sevenreup I got this for you, there should be something wrong with that rule perhaps
