  • Add EventSource event for WaitHandle waits (dotnet#94737)
  • Ability to request stackwalk per EventPipe session (dotnet#84077)
  • Build fix (the official v8.0.5 tag doesn't build locally because of dotnet#91010)

(same as v8.0.5-criteo1 but built on mcr.microsoft.com/dotnet-buildtools/prereqs:centos-stream8 instead of the ubuntu image)
