Release instructions : pull the changes from github

1. Activate environment, cd to the alyx folder and install requirements

git stash
git pull
git stash pop
2) Activate environment - install requirements (if new packages)

pip install -r requirements.txt
3) Update the database if any scheme changes - we expect no migrations

cd alyx
./manage.py makemigrations
./manage.py migrate
4) If new fixtures load in the database:

../scripts/load-init-fixtures.sh
5) Restart the Apache server

sudo service apache2 reload
