Add one other proper persian good morning phrase

Sorry Corey, you probably just deployed, but it seems both "صب بخیر" and "صبح بخیر" are commonly used by Persian twitterers. I used the Afrikaans approach to respond to both phrases.

Also, @pykello was nice enough to share his thoughts on translation. I added his name to README file so he can enjoy the ultimate fame too. :)
