.githook,Makefile: add in-repo .githooks.
Add pre-commit git hook to check for trailing whitespace. Add Makefile target 'install-git-hooks' for enabling in- repo (pre-commit) git hooks. Signed-off-by: Krisztian Litkey <[email protected]>
