Rebase on the latest LTS kernel. Only minor changes required in "vsock-dgram-generalize-recvmsg-and-drop-transport-dg.patch".

Also, update the Asahi TSO patches to include the "fixup!" patches in bits/220-tso, and add "drm-virtio-Support-fence-passing-feature.patch" to enable userspace to implement cross-domain fence optimizations.

Support passing ARCH around for cross-compiling. Only tested
cross-compiling to aarch64 from x86_64.
