We can try to set it to --quiet or revert to --only-show-errors if better, now that max_concurrent_requests was bumped in ~/.aws/config improving upload performance (see commercialhaskell/stackage-infrastructure#4) So from now on we don't need to rebuild curator every time we want to try different option(s).

This allows setting/changing eg
CURATOR_AWS_OPTIONS="--quiet"etc for docs uploading without having to rebuild curator.
