Tentitive Windows Support

Windows is now supported, but is not tested (I don't have Windows).

Several small issues have been fixed:

• Editor: Gold is much more visible.
• Editor: Multiple heroes cannot be created.
• Editor: Units on former hero locations will not be deleted when the hero is relocated.
• Swapping levels no longer crashes the game.
