Door Rando Room Tracking Support

• This release adds a section to the Map area that allows the user to mark rooms off as they find them. Rooms with chests have a green blip, rooms with a boss have an orange blip.
• GTBK Guessing Game on Broadcast View was added to the main item grid, replacing Aga.
• Various logic fixes to ER

Door Rando Support

Door Rando Mode disables autotracking for small keys and dungeon chests as it is impossible to do in door rando. These must be manually tracked instead. This can be enabled by clicking the Gear in the Dungeons section.
