11/18/16: Skyporter folks talked about ramping up communication through the end of PI8. In addition to talking about scheduled updates about cloud.gov, we brainstormed about talking/writing about topics other than cloud.gov that might help us connect with prospective users who are not yet familiar with what we do and why it is important.

Here is an ongoing list of topics we could discuss for the less technical individuals who nonetheless want to learn about the product (project managers, those handling contracts, CIOs possibly, journalists, 18F folks, etc.). These topics would be for communications that would be more educational than promotional in nature.
