This is the official release of the iEBE-MUSIC framework v1.1.

Major new features:

Improved simulations with 3D-Glauber + MUSIC + UrQMD
Enable restarting simulations from intermediate output files
Support for Open Science Grid
Numerous improvements on the simulation chain and event record
Add code documentation
