Initial release of Python 3 packages. Built mostly on the OS'es supported by GitHub's own runners.

Windows Server 2012 R2 and newer (x86 and x64) are supported.

Ubuntu Server 18.04 and 20.04 (on x64) are supported.

macOS 10.13 and newer (on x64) are supported.

OpenSSL 1.1.1h is used for the upstream cryptography Windows wheels.

OpenSSL 1.1.1g is used for the upstream Python's stdlib ssl module included in the embeddable Python package for Windows.

OpenSSL 1.1.1h is built to have cryptography statically-linked against it on macOS and generic Linux. Also for Python's stdlib ssl module on both.

Ubuntu Server packages make use of the system OpenSSL libraries for both cryptography and Python's stdlib ssl module.

cryptography 3.2.1 is used on all OS'es.
