  • Added the method flux_drop_analysis to the Model class:

For each flux, the wild-type flux is dropped by a given drop coefficient and the relative MOMA distance between wild-type and dropped target fluxes is computed (the method temporarily modifies kinetic formulas with a real coefficient). This measure gives a measure of flux essentiality, or "enzyme essentiality score".
