This is the first release of the spring boot example of camino messenger plugin.
It includes:
- a grpc client example implementation
- a grpc server example implementation
- compatibility with camino messenger protocol version release-6
- a reference implementation for message storage for partners that do not support stateful messaging by @twiedow in #4
