Description

Retire jormu scripts (previous commit is tagged)
Replace shlint (archived) with shellcheck github action
Add lint validation check for all branches, as well as add additional files: env, cntools.library and mithril.library

The additional files above may cause failure to run checks atm as these were not shell-checked before, tho I believe with severity: error - shouldnt be reported

Add JSON/YAML validator to github action
