docs: Update Landscape info for beta (#884)

Minor updates for Beta release:

- Updates screenshot of the Landscape config UI
- Removes tips/callouts for manually enabling the Landscape config in
the Windows registry
- Provides a better link from the setup-Landscape-server-in-WSL guide to
the relevant tutorial (deployment)
