Welcome to wiki for the buzcode repository! Buzcode is a package for processing and analysis of neurophysiology data. The goal is to have this repo as your one-stop-shop for code you may need as a Buzsaki Lab member. This will include preprocessing pipelines as well as analysis functions. Everything will conform to a single (flexible, but documented) database structure.

IMPORTANT: everything is under collective development by the lab.
This wiki is the only mode of documentation, so please make sure to refer to this this wiki for best practices/standards, and document here as we develop them. If anything is not clear from the wiki in its current state, ask the slack, and update the wiki with all information necessary to make the wiki clear.
