Document logging, logging configuration, and 30 day purge as well as the relevant env var for self-hosters
to enable it. Included an example log from the YAGPDB server with identifying details removed/greeked.
Also included a notice at the top of the page emphasizing that YAGPDB is not a logging bot, featuring a quote
from Des.
