adds a go.mod and go.sum file, confirmed working to build on Go 1.17.6 (Current)

PS. You really aught to post a new release, @boppreh
the current release is so old it doesn't even pull logos from stramgriddb properly

I was having problems setting up the Go module, but the related issue helped a lot. I'm making a new release right now.

I don't use Steamgrid myself anymore, hence the lack of updates.
