This is companion repository for chapters 4 (SBT), chapter 7 (Testing) from the book "Professional Scala" by Wrox Press.
Both chapters require
- Scala 2.11.7 or later
- SBT 0.13.8 or later
- JDK 8
Ensure the scala
and sbt
commands are on the command path.
Processor: Pentium 2 266 MHz or better
RAM: 1GB or better
Just clone the repository.
You may run the examples using "sbt" in command line and then looking over the sub projects that relate to the code examples for chapters 4/7

you'll note that the simple sbt project doesn't adhere to the naming convention, and thats because I didnt want to modfiy the simple example, since its just that, the simpliest example of a sbt project setup.
For any of the integration/unit tests, go ahead a switch the desired project and run test
- Fork it!
- Create your feature branch:
git checkout -b my-new-feature
- Commit your changes:
git commit -am 'Add some feature'
- Push to the branch:
git push origin my-new-feature
