This PR updates the base image for bbb-playback to Ubuntu Jammy and pulls the bbb-playback packages from jammy-300 repo, in anticipation of the upcoming BBB 3.0 (beta) release.
Testing Steps
So far I don't observe a regression when playing older recordings. In any case, any bugs should be the same as for a regular BBB installation.
